This British classic is often served with peas on the side, but why give yourself more washing up? It’s just as easy to cook it all in one dish. I’ve also added some leeks because you may as well add as much green veg as you can!

Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/430°F/gas 7.
