Ingredients: 1 green chilli, finely chopped; 2 teaspoons curry powder; 100 g (3½ oz) gram (chickpea) flour; ½ teaspoon garam masala; ¼ cucumber, finely diced (seeds removed, if you like); Chutneys of your choice, to serve; 100 g (3½ oz) frozen peas, defrosted according to the packet instructions; Handful of parsley, chopped; sunflower or vegetable oil, for frying; 250 g (9 oz) natural yogurt; Handful of mint leaves, chopped; 1 onion, thinly sliced
