Simple Salmon and Pea Fishcakes

I can’t deny that fishcakes sometimes feel like a bit of a faff to make. I’ve made these ones as simple as possible by leaving off the breadcrumb coating, because I don’t think it’s necessary (although feel free to coat the fishcakes in beaten egg and then breadcrumbs, if you like).
