  • 350 g (12½ oz) frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons cold pressed rapeseed oil

Method

Place the frozen peas in a large heatproof bowl or jug (pitcher) and cover with freshly boiled water to defrost. Leave for a few minutes to warm through a little, then drain. Repeat if not fully defrosted. Once drained, leave the peas to dry for 5 minutes.
