Ingredients
- 200 g / 7.05 oz macerated strawberries
Method
- Cook the strawberries down over medium-low heat until they thicken to a sauce consistency, about 20 minutes. Skim the sauce as it cooks.
- Purée the strawberries and pass through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Reserve refrigerated. Discard leftover sauce after 2 days.
