  • 100 g / 3.53 oz garlic cloves, peeled and very thinly sliced

Method

  1. Preheat a convection oven to 93°C / 200°F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with a nonstick rubber mat.
  3. Brush the garlic slices with olive oil and sprinkle salt on top.
  4. Place another nonstick rubber mat on top.
