Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Pat the chicken dry with kitchen paper, then season with the salt and pepper. Remove the papery outer skins from the garlic cloves.

  2. Add the oil and butter to a large ovenproof fry
