I’ve put a Persian twist on my favourite bread, the noble focaccia. The word baharat simply means spice, and the ingredients vary but usually include a gorgeous blend of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, green cardamom, nutmeg, and paprika. If you haven’t made bread before this is a great entry level recipe, although I must warn you that making bread can become addictive!
