This quick and easy garlic chilli oil is made in minutes with a few simple ingredients. It’s perfect for drizzling over ramen noodle bowls, sautéing veggies, dunking dumplings and potstickers, and so much more!

Ingredients

  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Put the crushed red chilli flakes in a small heatproof bowl and set aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and stir frequently until just beginning to turn golden, approximately 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for another minute until the garlic is crisp and golden. Take care not to overcook
