This fresh and pungent Mexican salsa is great with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
  • 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together with salt to taste. Store in the fridge for up to three days.
