Manaeesh are irresistible at any time of day or night. While elsewhere in the Levant they are often sold on the street, in Gaza they are mostly made at home, and on a thicker dough. We list the most typical toppings here; feel free to experiment with others. Make sure to place the rolled-out dough on your baking pan before adding the toppings, as moving them once topped will be a messy affair.
