This recipe is the nutty twin of the Coconut Macaroons. The preparation is identical, and the only difference in the ingredients is the swap of ground hazelnuts for the ground coconut. Because of the hazelnut, these cookies have a richer, almost buttery taste compared to the lighter Coconut Macaroons.
