These hearty cookies are crunchy and gooey at the same time, making them hard to stay away from. Tasting one will inevitably lead to cravings for another. They are especially enjoyable on cold winter days by the fire hearth or as a wholesome snack to take on a hike instead of an energy bar. During preparation, this dough requires two chill times, which together total an hour to an hour and a half. Plan accordingly.
