  • ¼ cup (9 g) hibiscus flowers (you can get hibiscus flowers from most health-focused groceries)

Method

In a small pot, combine 2 cups (480 ml) water with the hibiscus flowers and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Strain and chill. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 days.
