This drink is named after the Essex garden and home of Ellen Willmott. During her lifetime, Ellen was said to have grown and catalogued nearly one hundred thousand species of plants. While the buildings on the once-lush estate have been pulled down, and the nature reserve now there bears little trace of the ponds, rock gardens, and flower beds she once maintained, this herbaceous and summery spritz is a lasting tribute to her garde
