Here’s a fancy-tasting cocktail from Boat Street’s bar that’s deceptively simple to make. It’s built on sparkling wine and round, luscious Pineau des Charentes Blanc. For years this has been one of my favorite fortified wines from France for cocktails. I love the stone fruit sweetness balanced with great acidity.
