Horse Race

Not far from the famous horse track in Deauville, my friends Thierry and Caroline have an exquisite house in the Norman countryside with climbing roses, neat yew hedges, a perfect green carpet of lawn, and my favorite: a lovely croissant-eating donkey named Chocolat. They introduced me to this bright cocktail, which gets a little zest from crushed mint and a squeeze of lime.
