It’s the classic American combo, but in pie form. Steer clear of the new-age peanut butters that are better for your health. You’re going to need proper old school peanut butter.
Blitz the digestive biscuits and salt in a food processor (or with a rolling pin) to a fine crumb, then decant into a mixing bowl. Melt your butter in the microwave in a microwave-safe container for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until it’s totally melted.
