Place 4–5 egg yolks in a saucepan with ⅓–½ lb butter, 2 tablespoons vinegar, ½ glass thin almond milk, and 2 teaspoons fine sugar. Set the pan on top of the stove and stir it constantly until the sauce steams, but do not let it boil.
