Rosie introduced granola to our menu and it’s now a staple in the café and the shop. Pecan and cranberry is our best-seller, though we sometimes change up the nuts and dried fruit. One thing is always the same though: delicious Gloagburn oats. In the café we serve it layered with yoghurt in a tall glass, then topped with fruit and honey, but Ian likes it scattered on top of his cornflakes!
