This is very handy to have around and is even easier to make than granola, particularly if you buy your nuts ready toasted. The muesli will keep in an airtight container for about 3 weeks. I like muesli with milk and stewed apples or yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 150 g flaked almonds
  • 100 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5.
  2. Put the flaked almonds on one baking sheet, the chopped hazelnuts on another and the pecans on another. Bake the nuts
