We first saw pulled pork on a menu in Napa Valley when we were on holiday in California. We put a very plain version on the menu here and served it with apple sauce, and everyone went wild for it! You see it everywhere now and for good reason – it reheats really well, is great for parties and is good for hearty appetites.
Great in open sandwiches with pickled gherkins, in wraps, or with baked potatoes.
