Ingredients

  • 4 large handfuls salad greens, washed and dried
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or other flavorful oil

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss gently until all the leaves are coated with oil and vinegar. Taste a leaf and add more of any of the ingredients accordingly.
