Foie Gras Terrine

Even though I spend a disproportionate amount of my income on food, the cost of certain foods intimidates even me. And because a terrine of foie gras is one of them, I make it for grand occasions like Christmas or New Year’s Eve when I can justify indulging in my favorite luxury foods. Before setting out, you should give some thought to how large a terrine you want to make so that you don’t end up with more than you need or can afford. Of my two terrine molds, I prefer to use the 2-liter on
