Stir the chickpea flour, water, 4 tablespoons of the olive oil, and the salt and pepper together until smooth. Strain to get rid of lumps.

Cook the mixture in a saucepan on the stove about 4 to 5 minutes, or until a film develops on the bottom and the mixture thickens. Coat an
