If you have baby vegetables, glaze them exactly as you would the glazed baby carrots. If you have larger vegetables, shape them as described. Like small onions, other glazed root vegetables can be served as a side dish for roast meats or can be incorporated directly into the braising liquid from a pot roast or stew.
