Grapefruit and Champagne Sherbet

• 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice, strained and chilled
• 1 cup Champagne, chilled
• ½

In a bowl, mix the grapefruit juice, Champagne, and simple syrup.

Place in an ice cream freezer and chill according to the manufacturer’s directions.

When sherbet is frozen, remove, cover, and place in freezer.

When ready to serve, sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
