Method

Preheat the oven to 325°.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the bacon and sour cream. Mix well.

Shape the mixture and place it in a loaf pan. Cover the top with the bacon slices, tucking the bacon between the meatloaf and the sides of the pan
