  • About

Cucumber with yogurt is a refreshing combination that’s popular throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia. With mint added it’s served as a salad in India (raita), Turkey (caçik), and Greece (tzatziki) but goes well with garlic, dill, tarragon, coriander, and chopped tomato.

This soup combines most of those favours and is perked up with Tabasco sauce. It’s an effortless soup that’s become a great family favourite.
