For these scones, nutty graham flour is paired with all-purpose flour, rich blue cheese, and caramelized onions. Sweetened slightly with honey but still definitely savory, they are a great accompaniment for a green salad or a cheese plate. Graham flour gives these scones a distinctly coarse texture, more so than a regular whole-wheat flour would, although you can substitute whole-wheat flour for graham flour.
