- compressed yeast
- Warm all basins.
- Mix the salt in with the flour in warm basin.
- Cream the yeast with the sugar.
- Add it to the milk and water.
- Make a well in the middle of the flour, pour in the yeast mixture gradually and make into dough.
- Knead for 15 minutes.
