  • Nutmegs 1 oz.
  • mace 1 oz.
  • cloves

Method

Pound all roughly, put between two sheets of strong white paper, and pinch the edges together to keep in the aroma. Dry in oven. Pound very fine; sift and bottle. Cork tightly.
