- Parboil the vegetable marrow.
- Cut up some soup vegetables, carrot, turnip, celery, onion, and fry (without browning) for a few minutes.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour.
- Cook together for a few minutes.
- Dilute with boiling white stock.
- Add the soup vegetables and marrow cut up.
- Boil al
