  • good strong gravy 4 spoonfuls
  • anchovies 4
  • horseradish a

Method

  1. Wash and clean the anchovies.
  2. Pull them to pieces.
  3. Put them in the gravy with other flavourings.
  4. Simmer all together till half is consumed.
  5. Then strain it off.
  6. Add it to the melted butter sauce.
