  • Fine breadcrumbs 2 oz.
  • peeled shallot 1
  • cayenne pepper, salt, milk

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients (except the cream) together in a pan over the fire.
  2. Boil 5 minutes stirring all the time.
  3. Remove the shallot.
  4. Add the cream and serve very hot.
