  • Capers 1 teaspoonful
  • minced parsley 1 tablespoonful
  • the yolks of three hard-boiled egg

Method

  1. Pound the capers, mince the parsley, rub the hard yolks of eggs smooth with the mustard.
  2. Bone and pound the anchovies.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and pound them in a mortar with the oil and vinegar.
