  • Beef suet 1 lb.
  • veal ¼ lb.
  • bread-crumbs

Method

  1. Skin and chop the suet.
  2. Scrape the veal.
  3. Chop the herbs and lemon peel.
  4. Bone and chop the anchovy.
  5. Grate in a little nutmeg and some salt.
  6. Pound the suet with the bread.
  7. Then put in the herbs, etc.
