Method

  1. Take off the skin of the salmon.
  2. And take off one side in one long fillet.
  3. Make a seasoning with the oysters cut small, parsley chopped fine, and mixed with crumbs of bread and seasoned with the pepper, salt, nutmeg and mace.
  4. Put your fillet flat on your board, with the skinned side next the board.
