- Take out meat from fish, reserve a little of the white meat from the claws for decoration.
- Remove grey fingers from flesh.
- Chop fish, add all the other ingredients to this and mix well.
- Wash the shell and polish it with a little oil.
- Place the mixture in the shell first breaking off the edges of the shell.
