  • 1 nice crab;
  • bread-crumbs oz.
  • chopped parsley

Method

  1. Take out meat from fish, reserve a little of the white meat from the claws for decoration.
  2. Remove grey fingers from flesh.
  3. Chop fish, add all the other ingredients to this and mix well.
  4. Wash the shell and polish it with a little oil.
  5. Place the mixture in the shell first breaking off the edges of the shell.
