  • Liver
  • fat for frying
  • onions
  • pepper and salt
  • flour.

Method

  1. Peel the onions and throw them immediately into boiling water to remove the objectionable odour and taste.
  2. Parboil the onions.
  3. Cut up the liver in slices.
  4. Dip in flour, pepper and salt.
  5. Fry in boiling fat for a very few minutes.
  6. Remove and place in an oven dish (with a cover).
