Ingredients

  • Pork cut thin as for beef olives
  • sage and onion
  • bread-crumbs
  • milk
  • pepper and salt

Method

  1. Spread the fillets on a board.
  2. Brush them over with egg.
  3. Make sage, onion, bread-crumbs. milk, pepper and salt into a stuffing,
  4. Spread on each fillet.
  5. Roll up and tie.
  6. Put into a baking tin.
  7. Brush over with a little dripping.
  8. Dust with flour.
  9. Bake in hot oven.
  10. Serve
