Method
Wash the leaves (several handfuls).
Put into boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
Strain.
Chop up the leaves.
Add one hard-boiled egg chopped up small.
And one raw egg beaten up.
Add a little butter, pepper and salt.
Mix all together.
