  • As above, but with butter oz.
  • and eggs to mix.

Method

  1. Soak and boil the peas as above.
  2. Drain the water well from them before the cloth is untied.
  3. Rub them through a colander or sieve, mix the seasoning and the butter thoroughly with them.
  4. Then add to them gradually 3 well-whisked eggs.
  5. Tie the mixture tightly and closely in a floured cloth; and
  6. Boil it for 1
