  • Arrowroot 2 oz.
  • castor sugar 1 oz.

Method

  1. Make the arrowroot into a cream with a little of the milk.
  2. Boil up the milk with the sugar.
  3. Add the arrowroot and boil 5 minutes.
  4. Pare, core and cut the apples round as for fritters.
