Ingredients

  • Flour 2 oz.
  • milk 1 pint
  • butter

Method

  1. Mix the flour with the milk and boil till thick.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. When almost cold stir in the butter and sugar, the yolks of the eggs and the peel of the lemon grated. Put it into a dish.
  4. Bake as above.
