Ingredients

  • Ripe pumpkin or marrow ½ lb.
  • apple ½ lb.
  • currants

Method

  1. Peel and seed the pumpkin or marrow and apple.
  2. Chop them finely together.
  3. Wash currants.
  4. Add currants.
  5. Also the mixed peel, sugar and spice.
  6. Blend all together.
  7. Put in a piedish and cover with a good crust.
