  • Short crust pastry 6 oz.
  • cooked apples ½ lb.
  • sugar

Method

  1. Line a flan ring or pie plate with raisins pastry
  2. Fill with cooked apples, sugar, raisins, currants, cinnamon and spice
  3. Cover with crust.
  4. Bake as above.
