- Short crust pastry
6 oz. - cooked apples
½ lb. - sugar
Method
- Line a flan ring or pie plate with raisins pastry
- Fill with cooked apples, sugar, raisins, currants, cinnamon and spice
- Cover with crust.
- Bake as above.
