Ingredients

  • Jelly to line the mould
  • blanched and chopped pistachio nuts
  • strawberry cream
  • vanilla cream: isinglass.

Method

  1. Line a quart mould with lemon jelly.
  2. And sprinkle it thickly with the pistachios.
