  • Isinglass oz.
  • 1 pint water
  • the juice of 4<

Method

  1. Dissolve the isinglass in the water.
  2. Add the juice of the lemon, white wine and sugar to taste, and
  3. Whip together until very thick.
  4. Then put into moulds.
